Friend Class Requirements

Insignia

	First Class Name.
	Pin showing that student has finished the Class.
	Friend Ribbon. For the Advanced Class.
	Friend Chevron.  To be placed on the Left Sleeve.

General

1. Be 10 years old and/or in Grade 5 or its equivalent.
2. Be an active member of the AJY Society or Pathfinder Club
3. Memorize and explain the Pathfinder Pledge and Law.
4. Read the book The Happy Path (or similar book on the Pledge and Law).
5. Have a current Book Club Certificate.

1. Memorize the Old Testament books of the Bible and know the five areas into which the books are grouped.  
2. Demonstrate your ability to find any given book.
3. Read and learn the story of Ruth and write a summary that can be presented before your class.
4. Invite two visitors to church, Sabbath School or Pathfinders Club.
5. Know your National Anthem and explain it's meaning.
